WAIVER FOR LATE FEE

Sir,

I had sent a cheque for Rs.5720/- which u have already credited against my credit card no.4629864266238007 Now the current bill u charged me Rs.600/- as late payment fee. Since I had made my payments in time what is the reason for charging me Rs.600/-as late payment fee. I think due to an oversight one of the digit was missing in the cheque. issued to you. If that had informed to me I would have done it within no time, becoz I am always within reachable.

Now I request you to kindly waive the late payment fee Rs.600/- being a regular and old customer who have not made any as such. Would appreciate your support in this regards.
