Excess charging of late payment fees

Dear customer care executive,

with reference to the above subject, this is to inform you that a deduction of late payment fees to the tune of Rs.600/- only was charged in my statement date Dec09 against my credit card no.4477477207854007, which is unfortunate since i had paid my E.M.I for the previous month duly vide cheque no.863985 dated 26/11, which was within the due date.

in view of the above, i would request you to reverse the above late payment fees with the next billing so as to enable me to pay the correct amount.
