Misuse of salery acount

I m a Icici Bank credit card user and salery account holder, i had the outstaing amount of 15000 rs behaff of that they deducted 30000 rs in month of march from my salery account that was all dues according to them, but in the month of april i have recived a mail in that they still showing a dues of 2019 rs . when i talked to customer care executive of bank today at 2.35 pm, he told me as Bank recived the amount after due date so its a late fees . in month of march they hold 27000 rs as it was in my account, then i transfer some more money in which they deducted 3000 rs more that was all according dues . now its 2000 rs more ..i dont know how this will finish . please help me i dont want to pay this extra amount.
