ICICI Credit Card
Late Payment deducted from my ICICI salary A/c

I have an ICICI Bank Credit Card 4477469977132011. I was buy laptop on 16th aug @ Rs.25, 000/- buy using credit card. I had converted amount in to 24 installment of Rs1, 250/-. I had paid all installment to bank. 2 or 3 installment had paid after due date. now, bank has converted that late payment charges in to Rs.17, 300/- and Bank Directly deducted amount from my ICICI Salary A/c 002401527987 without prior intimation to me.

Now what should i do? is their any way to reimburse this amount?
