My credit card no-4477-4699-5947-4001 already settled my credit card outstanding amount in the year of 28-07 (amt-4702/- clear amount) but in CIBL report they mentioned "WRITTEN OFF", I am not able to understand ICICI bank behavior already closed all transaction with ICICI why the hell they have given my name in CIBL. Please help me in this matter..

Let me know what i can take action on ICICI bank.
