Credit Card Payment Clearance

Hi,

I have made the full and final payment of my credit card 4477470297040009 on 09/04/09 which was Rs 2800 and have received a letter as well confirming that the dues were cleared.

But still my credit card statements shows the amount due and has been adding the interest and late payment fees on the same.

I have already raised so many customer care requests for getting the information updated but for none of them I have received any positive response.

I have also faxed the due clearance letter to Mr. Anand Kumar, Hyderabad Credit Card department. The same has been acknowledged in the SR123145969 .

It is really pathetic service where you cant even keep your databases updated with the latest information.
