ICICI bank Credit card payment

I had spend Rs.18000/- from ICICI credit card 5 years back.

Have been paying the min dues and some amount in between to clear the dues. ICICI has charged heavily every month and had showed me amount of more than Rs.50, 000/- three years back. As I could not clear the setelment amount of 40, 000/- plus given by ICICI at that time in one shot I have been paying short amount and the min dues every time. The bank gave me settelment letter 2 years back after paying 5, 000/- cash and 3 cheques 5, 000/- each for three months. 2 Cheques were cleared and the 3rd was not deposited by ICICI. On asking they say my ICICI saving a/c had no balance and hence not deposited. Also cannot be setteled the very next month when I asked as the amount had increased due to non payment.

I have been paying the min dues till last month on every demand of ICICI agent as they harass me and my family.

Please help me, I have not paid the min dues now and ICICI is asking 30, 000/- plus where I have spend 18, 000/- and paid more than 75, 000/- last five years.
