ICICI Credit Card
Non receipt of IMint Card and Credit card statements

Dear Sir / Madam,

For the past six months i am not receiving my credit card statement either through mail nor through E statements. I had complained this to credit card customer care but till now no action or the complaint no. has been logged nor given to me. Despite repeated attempts I being answered that the statements are promptly being delivered to your address on query, it was observed that no statements were delivered and i am also not in receipt of I mint cards. The payments made by me was only through the SMS which i was receiving through my mobile phone but that also stopped from previous month due to which i could not pay my dues. At last i am registering my complaint on line and hope the best from your end and also my late fee for the previous month may be waved off as no information was furnished to me in any of the form. Thanking you.
