Fraud transaction

Dear Team

In Oct there was a fraud transaction on my credit card 4076515085089017 fro some 8800 rs in hyderabad, wherein i got it blocked immediately. lodged a complaint with ICICI and wanted to investigate it..but after many days they came bak saying that, it was a genuine transaction and levied the due amount to me..

Need help on how i can get this rectified with ICICI
