It is very painful to reach your customer care operator to know about our queries. There is no proper response from your customer care department. Almost 98932-08000 this no is switched off.

Details Of Crdit Card No-4477462240072007.Actually last day I got a massage from icici bank i.e, "Your cheque No 833248 deposited towords dues on your icici bank credit card has been returned. Please arrange to pay your bill immediately.

After getting this massage, I want to know that what can I do? can u please guide me, and that why I was repeatedly trying to customer care no, but there is no response... Please do the needful.
