ICICI Credit Card
Auto debited the credit card amount without my knowledge

For a credit card transaction that I have not made, ICICI has auto debited the amount without my knowledge from my ICICI saving account. First of all they have not been able to prove that I have made the transaction, secondly they tortured me by making the collection agencies call me day and night and lastly, these soundrels have now auto-debited my money 27, 000 without my knowledge.

This is the most unethical thing that a bank can do. I do not know how long ICICI will survive by swindling money from peope like me. Is this how ICICI bank survives?
