This is to bring to your kind notice that I have a credit card of ICICI bank from 2007 -08 I have already make the all my dues with fine which was raised by bank, but till now that bank is not ready to give the clearance latter or NOC. I was visited many times at decon branc of icici bank

Due to non-availability of NOC of ICICI bank any other bank are not ready to sanction the loan to me, I am loosing my business.
