ICICI Credit Card
Wrong Transactions

Hello

I moved to bangalore 7 months ago from Hyderabad. I was using ICICI credit card. When i was in bangalore there were three transactions done on my credit card in hyderabad even though the credit card was with me (in banaglore). when i complained to ICICI and faxed the needed docs. they took 60 days to investigate and finally put the three transaction amount to me saying i authorised the transactions, which is very irritating and absolutely no logic.. I am shocked at this. I didn't even receive any call from ICICI during the investigation nor any docs

Kindly help me resolve this issue..
