Violetion of credit card criteria

Dear Sir/madam,

I got the ICICI credit card on 19th September. Inside the kit I got the brochure and credit card.

There it has been strictly mentioned that the monthly EMI will be INR 1000.

But every month they have charged INR 2000 for EMI and calculated the tax and interest on that.

Besides that as I received the credit card on 19th September.

That means the statement should be start from that day.

But they have started the statement from 4th September and I did not get that statement first time.

How its possible?

Another thing is that In the credit card they have never mentioned the credit card account no and also they did not mentioned it with the initial card statement.

But suddenly they are saying the card no is 5176535529447007.

It was also mentioned in the legal notice which I got.

later they have explained that credit card no was actually did not sent to me and has been merged with my original credit card as my credit card account no.
