MIsusing my saving bank account

This is really socked and their problems only last three months i am keep on requesting EMI conversion or ECS mode but they are not at all bothering and they are telling we will do it very soon after converting then we will collect the entire amount. Now i paid all the due amount on 01/07 as of rs 10500 and i given the request to covert in to EMI my total outstanding (Ref No 145202111)

Still they are blocking my saving bank account and holding my 34000 rupees. other commitments everything is pending. as per the request i paid the amount but still not released my saving bank account kindly sort out this issue and do the needful for the same.
