ICICI Credit Card
Non closure of account

I had taken a credit card and made Rs.60000/- as a payment in 2007.

But they say i have to make a payment of additional Rs.14600/. inspite of me asking them for the statement since 6th september they are not ready to send the statements and when i told them we will settle it, they immediately send me the settlement letter. I want to say when i am asking for the statements, these guys are just not ready to send it...

I called up in the call center, send them mails but in vain...
