i Naveen Kumar Vengada hold an icici savings account no-147801501532.my debit card no. is 5399981478001588.

On 5th, november'10 i bought a phone worth Rs.14000.i used my icici debit card to pay the same.but, Rs.28000 was debitted from my account (in two trasactions each of Rs.14000) and merchant claims to have recieved only Rs.14000 into his account. Please help me with my missng money.i'm very much worried of my missing money. Kindly look into the issue.
