Credit card (5176370135382004) outstanding amount of 21, 000 levied on me despite not using the card

i subir kr. mitra (cc no.5176370135382004) was offered a lifetime free credit card facility by a sales representative of icici bank, janakpuri in the year 2004.

sales representative told me that your profile is high thats whay bank offer you the c card.

i never recieved any pin no. from the bank.

so i never used the card.

in spite of this i have come to know that there is an outstanding amount of rs 21000/- which is to be paid by me.i got to know this when i tried to return the card.

i have talked to several customer care executives and legal dept. of icici bank.

they have always assured me of sending zero blance statement and pin no.

but i naver recieved a any of these.

sir, it is a very sorry state of affairs and reflects the bank's inefficiency.im sending the credit card after cutting it.pls send the printed statment at the following address.

kindly looking to the matter as soon as possible as i may be forced to take some legal action in case there is no response from your side.
