Even after settlement receiveing mails

To Consumer Court,

I really don't understand the companies behavior because of various reasons customers get defaulted whch is common and for which they are providing settlement when we went through the process completely and done every thing from our end things are not working yet.

I m customer of ICICI Credit card used and final stage i couldn't able to repay bcoz of crisis. Lately last month i got a call and they came for settlement and i paid the amount in 2 days as they said. But still i m receiving mails to my id which is totally unfair.
