ICICI Credit Card
Unnecessary over limit and late payment fee

Dear Sir,

I am ICICI credit card user for around 5 years (Credit Card Number - 5177 1942 9884 3019), I have regularly paid before due date.

In the month of November ICICI charged me late payment fees of RS.525 on 08/11, and over limit of RS. 510 on 15/11 resulted in total outstanding of RS. 35, 564.after which I have paid minimum amount due of Rs. 1800 before due date, hence after that total outstanding toward my credit card should be around RS. 33700, but when I talked to customer care on 12/12 they told me that my total outstanding is RS.. 34700. which is completely wrong and fraudulent they have unnecessary charged extra charges before generation of statement. and then too inspite of admitting their calculation mistake they were trying to prove it right without understanding money value for customers and common peoples.

Hence Its my humble request to you to instruct them to reverse all the extra charges and finance charges they have levied to my account yet.

I shall be thankful to you for this.
