Credit Card Still not Closed after 6 years of settlement

Dear Sir,

I was holding the Credit card of ICICI Bank for around 2 and half years..6 years back i have settled the card and closed my card. Since then i haven't done a single transaction. Every now and then the ICICI collection department call and disturb and also they behave in an inappropriate manner.

Because of this i am having a bad CIBIL rating, and not able to process for any other things. Kindly help me to resolve this issue... I called up the customer service number in chennai... but not giving proper answer to resolve this issue...
