Sending card statement after due date is ove

I have a UTI Gold Credit Card, for which UTI bank is least b0thered to send credit statement at the right time... when asked for the concerned authorities... He really didn’t have any responsibility to keep up his words to send the credit card statement... They say that credit card department is in Mumbai & you have to go to there... its there answer... while calling in local customer care numbers no one answers... & they are always ready to keep late charge in statement... Beware!
