Excess Billing for Credit Card

Dear Sir,

I Mr. Nanduri Uma Mahesh Resident of Hyderabad at G3 Balaji Arcade, East Anand Bagh, Malkajgiri - Hyd, an Existing Credit Card Holder of the ICICI Bank with Card No : 5239 5125 0494 7009 of Master Card Type. On 20th June I had one Transaction of Rs/- 1313 at Shiva Shakthi Bar & Restaurant Located at Anand Bagh, Hyderabad. But Unfortunatley, The Bank has deducted the above said amount for Twice on my card. Regarding this, I already spoken to the customer care executive but there is no proper response from their side. I have taken the online credit card machine statement from the restuarant, which was showing me for only one time transaction had done from the restaurant. So I request you to credit the deducted amount for my card as early as possible else, I will take legal action on the ICICI BANK regarding this...
