Defaulter's list

Dear Sir,

I had life time free card from ICICI when I was with L&T.

ICICI Lombard approached me over phone and told about their health policy and have registered my name for Family health plan, assuring that if I dont like the policy later I will get the premium returned back from them.

I paid premium for 3-4 months through my credit card. Howeve ICICI was not responding well during this time and I decided to discontinue the policy. They have returned my Premium but have panelised me for about 4000 Rs. for cancellation. I objected and had regreted to pay the penalty. Later date ICICI has settled my account and has no dues now. But still I am registered as Defaulter in CIBIL.

Pl guide me how to get my name deleted from defaulter's list.
