Unauthorised Transactions from my account

Some unauthorised transactions have been made from my credit card. For this I have also raised a dispute case with dispute management team at ICICI (Request No. 148719416).

However, the credit card statement that I receive still shows those transactions and the bank has asked me to pay for those transactions, which I have not made.

Could the bank act fast and resolve the issue at the earliest.
