Undue LATE PAYMENT FEE

Sir /Madam,

this is to bring to your notice that we have been charged Rs 400 as late payment fee on our credit card -5177 1943 4597 0005 on statement date 17th jan. we received our credit card statement late last month and the payment was done immediately via cheque no 002201. there must have been some delay in the processing and you received the payment late. kindly look into the matter and relieve us of the late payment fee as the last date is on the 3rd feb.
