i am a credit card holder of ICICI bank for the last 11 years. I dont have a single amount due so far forthe past 10 years. This time i didn't get the bill and whe i called the customer care they inform me the bill amount. I was shocked to understand that i have been charged Rs - more than my bill as interest charges. This s exactly after i paid all outstanding of the previous month 35500/- whcih they confirm now there is not due. since they collected money late for that they again charged interest. I talked to the customer care and complaint they told they cannot revert since i paid late. This is to a customer who using creditcards for the past 11 years only of ICICI bank and they made me a platinum customer for them. Now they are doing this i told them to levied the charges other wise i wll not pay the dues which is 4500/-.
