Respected sir,
i am pradeep kumar yadav having ac no.097405000488 in your bank.
i had complaint about my problem many times but your employees are just fooling me by extending the time of inquiry.ma acount balance has been deducted by Rs.10, 020 on the 16th of october.i made that transaction in the ATM of bank of baroda (firozabad) but there was no cash due to some error or something, i waited for nearly half an hour but nothin came out. After that i took out cash from other ATM (syndicate bank, firozabad) and the balance should 10020 were already deducted. I reported my problem as early as possible but whenever i went to your officials they just extended the time. This is my complaint no. 125280654 dated 20/11/09. i even gave hand written aplication to the bank but still now there is no response.
And now they told me to mail my problem. Sir please take some action regarding this as early as possible. 10020 is not any small amount so please get me my money back.please it is my humble request that you take the neccesary steps and i hope i will get my money soon.
