Not activating my account even after multiple calls and mails

My icici direct account number IN303028-54875237-8501194907, I am unable to login or generate the password online as the account is deactivated. I have calledup the cstomer care at least 5 times and same number of mails to activate the account. They are still sticking on the password request which is not relevent as I updatred them clearly that I am not in India to receive the password. I am surprised to see how these people are behaving and no actions being taken for more than a month now. Here is the complaint number which I have raised with them online 'ICICICARE=037-800-479'. Please help in activating my account so that I can generate the password online.
