I Would like to draw your kind attention that my motor cycle bearing Registration No. OR O2 AL 7255.(Hero Honda Splendor plus), Chasis No-06J16C10171 and Engine No 06J15M23319 was insured with ICICI LOMBARD G I C, vide policy no 3005/52753424/01/B00. from 00.00 01.11.2008 to 31.10.2009 midnight.

The above said motor cycle was stolen on 20.03.2009 at about 12.30p.m. I had lodged the report of theft with the office at Kolkata vide complain no. MOT/0116775, and also reported to the jurisdictional Police Station i.e. Kharavelanagar PS, Bhubaneswar as FIR No.106 (9) dated 11.07.2009 U/s. 379 IPC. The copy of complaint as well as FIR already submitted. The Police filed report U/s 173 Cr. P.C.in the Court of SDJM, Bhubaneswar intimating about no clue of the theft vehicle and the Hon’ble Court of SDJM, Bhubaneswar accepted the said final report vide order dated 16.112009.(copies already submitted). I have already submited all the documents but my claim dose not settele yet.
