Non-receipt of Mortgage deeds

My name is Sujan Kumar Das. I took Home Loan from ICICI Home Finance against balance transfer, amounting to Rs. 1, 68, 000.00. from HDFC. My LOAN ACCOUNT NO. LBCAL- 00000365328. Recovery of the said loan has been completed in the month of August.i.e. EMI for the month of August has already been recovered on 09-08 from my bank, SBI, Purba Putiary Branch, Kolkata - 700093 under A/C. No. 10204055035 as per the Bank Pass Book record.. It now becomes obligatory on the part of the ICICI Home Finance to return the mortgaged deeds forthwith as there is no dues lies from my side to ICICI Home Finance.
