Dear Sir,

I was using Airtel No:9601010110 (Prosenjit Acharyee) for more than last

last

year or so. Of late starting from MAY'10 i stopped using it as i was fed up of

call drop & network problem as a result High bill in every month and was not

able to pay the bill an amount of Rs.6800/-. My contact list of people are

getting calls from 079 40227232 by a collection agent Ms. Preeti Shah and from delhi Ms. Neha Malhotra (9717455647) saying

your friend has not paid the bill and inform him to pay it immediately. The

calling agency has used words like Bastard, Defaulter and informed my friends

that call Prosenjit and tell him to send settle the bill amount by begging or

so inspire my no and address was updated to them.

I want to take legal complaint against Airtel.

I am getting calls from thins atleast 30 times in a day. This lady is

threatening me that he will call all the contacts of mine and will damage my

image. He has already contact 6 people of my contact and damaged my image.

Yesterday he has called my Boss Senior Director and called him all humiliating

word. This is quite sickening. I have complained this to Airtel nodal centre

but they are saying we are helpless and guided to their collection officer.

My question is Is this the collection policy for any reputed corporate? I

have

recorded her call and decided to lodge police complain against this no with

witness of my colleague, and one copy will forward to MEDIA and consumer court and other network site like twitter

that when a dissatisfied customer leave for high bill and call drop and

network

problem (refer my complain) then what's the way to dealt with that?
