Lack of communication & no reply about loan status

Hi,

Myself Ramesh Negi i am a Professor in Jamnabai Nursee School. I have applied for housing loan from icici Bank Borivali Branch, I have given all my required Document to Mr. Ashfaq Shaikh (Executivr Icici Bank) on 18th of November, 09 & he was supossed to give me Sanctioned Letter by the end of November, 09 but still he has not even clear my Loan Status whether it is approved or not & the worse part is he is not replying to my phone call & Sms. I have given him A processing Fees chq. for Rs. 6500/- . i am in adeep shit now i dont understand what to do, whether this guy is fake or the icici bank has the policy of harrsing the customer.

I am about to losse my Deal which i have finalised, Bcoz of the Delay in loan process.
