Sir,

1) I take home loan form ICICI Bank Alwar Branch my EMI date 7 of every month but icici sent my EMI cheque 2 date the cheque is bounce and my bank debit my A/c deu to cheque bounce and icici bank debit me for cheque bounce and nobody take this responsablityand who is responsable

2) Presently ICICI home loan interest rate are 8.5% and other bank interest rate are 8.0 - 9.5% but icici charge 10.5% and in this matter i talk with icici he say that deposied app.14000.00 then your interest rate come down 8.5% .

please resolve my issue
