Hi, My current ICICI home loan ROI is 13.25 % which is too high than other players in the industry. After approaching they advised to visit any nearest branch in Pune to submit the difference money (0.5% of the current O/S amount).

But concerned person denied to accept the cheque 0.5% of o/s amount saying that you have to visit main branch because this scheme last date was 30/06.

This is really embarrasing me as there is no instruction or mail from ICICI customer Service???

I need help to convert my present ROI???
