We understand your concern.

We would like to inform you that, whenever Customer will make a Partpayment on or before the Equated Monthly Installment (EMI) due date, the effect of the Partpayment will be given in the same month which will be observed in the EMI payable by you in the next month, as the EMI will be collected on arrear basis.

If the Partpayment is made after the EMI due date the effect will be given in the next month which will be observed in the EMI payable by you in the next to next month.

Similarly as you have made the Partpayment on October 17 which is after your Equated Monthly Installment (EMI) the effect would be given in the next month i.e. in November EMI Payable in the month of December.
