A set of documents including original sale deed was in the custody of ICICI bank limited regarding housing loan. While recovering the documents from ICICI bank the original sale deed no: 5002-1, dated 23-082000 by the name of Mr. Balakumar has been found to be missing. The bank representative is not able to trace the document from the past three months. The original sale deed is mandatory for availing house loan from M/s Deutsche post bank home finance limited. So ICICI bank is to be held responsible for the loss of Original sale deed no:5002-1 and necessary action to be taken against the ICICI bank.
