Motor claim

My Motor vehicel bearing Number TN32C9165 met an accident on 27.4.2008 and the intimation was made to the ICICI Lambord insurance company on the same date. The vehicle was sent to authorised service station for repair works on 29.4.2008. The above vehicle repair charges come to Rs.66498 (Carriage Bill only) and other repair charges, recovery charges, come to Rs.20000/-. The vehicle was ready after repair on 03.06.2008. But the insurer will not made any payment to the carriage. So I had pay all the expenses and take delivery of the vehicle. I had made request to the above said insurer about the claim several times, they will not take necessary action to settle the claim. After three years they had sent a cheque bearing number 135190 dated 20.4.2011 to my address by courier for the amount Rs.38842.00. They will not issue any survey report. only half of the amount will be sanctioned and for the claim they will take three years. ICICI lambord a fraud company on settling the claim amount to the policy holder.
