Icici loan shield
Time is taken in months

I have taken loan shield policy with my Personal loan. It has job loss claim also. Two years passed I have not recieved my policy yet. My Policy number is 4065A/ICICI-PL/1314443/00/000. I lost my job in feb. I made my complaint to Icici bank lombard. I also request for issueing me polcy. 2 months passed they some times say we will send you policy, some times they say no such policu. On the other hand they say you should contact loan department and loan deparment says you should contact insurance department. I am recieving threatning call from ICICI bank. If something happens to me than ICICI bank will be responsible for this.
