We purchased a covernote no. GF5747143 for our Volvo registration no. HR-63-M-0108 in the name of Amarjyothi Carrying Corporation on 25-12 by ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd., Amritsar branch through Mr. Anubhav Pabbi at Kotkapura. IDV was Rs.4149720 only. The vehicle met with an accdent and company declared as total loss and pay to us Rs.3998500 Rs.1500 deduct as a clause but till date Rs.149720 still pending with ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd., besides our many reminders to the concerned company persons, Mr. Harman at Chandigarh and Mr. Aman at Amritsar. Please pay attention towards this matter.
