Car insurance policy no. MI11211160043252 car no. MH-31 AG 6806 for the period 11 july to 10 july proposal date 12 may

i had insured my car referred above, i baught this car in july & since then had comprehensive insurance policy, i went to USA on 11 april, with instructions to my relative to renew this policy, accordingly, he contacted the agency over phone, but they didnot respond,

i returned to INDIA on 11 october immidiately contacted agency, i was told that since this policy has lapsed, it can't be renewed now, & i can't get the comprehensive cover for my car now, even the third party policy is also not being issued,

hence i am not able to use my car, without any insurance, i am a senior citizen (63 yrs.)

i therefore request you to kindly look in to this matter & advice immidiately,
