Icici lombard health insurance
Change of Floater Plan

I have purchased ICICI lombard health insurance policy under policy no:4063/I/Hap/05332550/00/000 on 28th may paying rs.15000 under family floater plan. The policy expiring on the 27th. When I received renewal notice, I am shocked to notice that they have changed the floater plan mentioning my age is 56 and that it should be individual plan instead of floater plan. I have a leaflet attached with the policy stating that" renewal under floater benifit is available upto the age of 60 years and all insured above 60 years of age will be renewed under individual plan".. this is really cheating and when I contacted ICICI lombard they said they have given this leaflet by mistake and that they will not renew my policy.
