Not settling genuine claim

I have a mediclaim policy from icici lombard, policy no4034i/chi/05025099/00/000. my insured amount is 300000 300000 90000.Recently my wife had an knee operationand the bill came to 260, 000 rupees. I submitted the reimbursement form duly filled with 79 original document supplied by the hospital including all the medicine bills suppliid by the peerless hospital kolkata, including the knee trans plant sticker. Which they agreed as recieved vide cl000534584 and my claim no220100127256. Now they are saying that I have not sent them the hospital bill, inhouse medicine bill and the knee trans plant sticker. Which is absolute lie, those 79 documents were not white papers. So I requested them to give back my documents, so thst I can show them all the document personally one by one. For which there is no reply. Idid not know that they are such cheats, for five years they have taken my money, If anybody can help me please contact me at klc@wallem.com. Thanks
