Date of Admission : 28.06.2007

Date of discharge : 09.07.2007

Name of Hospital: Pushpanjali Hospital & Research Centre, Agra

- I am a mediclaim policy holder of ICICI Lombard for the period of 2007. My complaint is : - I claimed the treatment amount as above said but firstly so many problems created by TTK Healthcare services for documents, they always questioned this line is not filled we want a rely, which i replied then they asked the same from Hospital's doctor when those query completed again problem has been created that Diagnosis not mentioned in DISCHARGE SHEET while it was mentioned in Medical Certificate provided by concerned Hospital. Anyhow the matter has been cleared and eventually after a lot of mental harassment, the claim has been approved by a panel of ICICI Lombard on 19th February. But still there is no reason given for the release of claim amount. Meanwhile i have been following up with the concerned people of ICICI, Gurgaon and writing to the customer care/query resolution department but no satisfactory reply has been received yet.

I want the claimed ammount with interest due to delay and various kind of harrassment.

I seek the help of you in this regard.
