NRI customer - Dont send Demad Draft

Dear NRI customers

Just want to share my experience with ICICI - money to India - Demand Draft not delivered yet and money is not returned.

I started the transaction on Jan 21st.

DD was ready on 31st - 10 days to prepare one DD. and courier company picked Demand draft on 1st.

Courier company not delevired the DD and reason is

Feb 2 12:27:12 LONG ROUTE - CONSIGNEE FAR OFF

Feb 1 20:42:41 NO TIME FOR DELIVERY TODAY/DELIVERIES DELAYED.

I have been contacted with customer support via phone and via email

10 Phone calls to customer service department

2 peoples names are - Ansawr and Gayathri Krishana.

21 email’s so far and person names are .., Sabeeta Santwani, Meena Sharma, Vijay Mungal, Unnati K, Preshetha Unmesh

I been requesting pls send my money to bank account for last 1 month. - no actions ..,

Yesterday i discussed with my attorney and given my all email copies and Phone recorded conversions - for next course of actions.

One DD transactions with use less bank - vaste of time..,

My friends are recommending other options like - SBI, xoom, money gram ..etc - pay extra 2 $ - hassle free - best customer support - money will be on time.
