Dear Sir/Mam,

It is here by you to give a note that Its being 6-7 weeks, but my cheaque has not been cleared. due to mis match of account name and name on the cheaque.

It has also been proved that mistake is from Bank side. B'cos some one has ommitted my last name from account. and i have already sent my passport copy in order to verify the person and name. But still there is no feedback from bank side.

My case is handle by Malini Swamy and Namita Raj. Both of these person are not giving me right or satisfactory answer. Even they are not pickuping my phone.

Please do the needfull.
