ATM did not dispense money

I attempted to withdraw Rs6000 using and SBI card from the Axis Bank ATM off Bowring Hopsital Road in Bangalore on the 30th of July and the ATM said Transaction cancelled. Tried again the same thing and got the same message. When I checked my balance on the next day my balance showed two withdrawals of 6000 each. I cant find any customer care number of AXIS bank that works. How do I go about rectifying this and will I get my money back?
