Cheating / not sticking to the confirmed guidelines

Dear Consumer forum,
I have taken my policy from ICICI 3 years ago. my complaint:
1. during the policy initiation, the agent told me that I can change the payment frequecy (yearly / monthly) and increase / decrease premium too.
* after 3 year I requested ICICI
- to change my frequency of payment to yearly - they agreed and changed immediately.
- to change the my preminum amout from 36k / year to 12k per year, I got a mail from customer care that as per the policy they cannot change to 12 k it should be mim 20k. I said fine. go ahead change it.
TILL NOT THIS IS NOT DONE AND CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE ARE ALMOST HARSING ME LIKE ANYTHING. EACH TIME ONE PERSON I HAVE TO EXPLAIN WHOLE STORY.
POINT TO HIGHLIGHT IS: THEY ARE DEDUCTING SOME AMOUT MONTLY FROM MY EXTING AMOUNT, AS PER THE POLICY I CAN CLOSE THE ACCOUNT ANY TIME AFTER 3 YEAR, I TOLD THEM TO CLOSE TILL NOW ITS NOT CLOSE AND DEDUCTING AMOUNT FROM MY CURRENT POLICY AS MAINTENANCE.
