Miss selling

Respected madam,

I have to inform u that i have taken a policy of

90, 000 rupees from shahnawaz alam (00156319) for the one time investment and the executive advice that u can get the benefit of the policy after three years. After three years when i walk to iciciprudential branch office (Varanasi) the branch manager told that Ur policy was punch as in term-plan and u have to submit two more premium amount of 180000.
