Abusive Misbehavior by ICICI Prudential Marketing G

Hello ICICI Prudential Team,
Yesterday what happened, one of ICICI Prudential sales girl called up on my residential contact number and my wife picked up the phone and asked for my mobile number and said, "my name is selected for cheque draw" and she wanted my mobile number in this concern. And when my wife said, "if his name is selected for that then you must have his mobile number also.
Then she said, "I don't have his number" but even she was repeatedly asking for his mobile number. In conversation, my said - "this is my number and please call him later when he will be available". You will be shocked at whatever she said. She said - "SHUT UP". Even I'm not a customer of ICICI Prudential how can these people use this kind of abusive words - really I can't believe it.
Does ICICI Prudential train their employees to use abusive language to contact? If yes, then nobody will become customer of them. At least, if someone who got this type of call will never be their customer at all.
I let ICICI Prudential people know, after getting this kind of call, I am going to be a customer of ICICI Prudential today and in future and I will tell all my friends and family not to be their customer in future.
After this incident, I decided to close all insurance accounts which are with ICICI Prudential.
Personally I advice not to use abusive languages to any of your customers.
